Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Cuci88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Cuci88 immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Cuci88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your account credentials.
Before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and at any time at our discretion, Cuci88 may require Players to complete a KYC verification process. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Cuci88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory KYC documents are received and verified. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Cuci88 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Supported channels are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Player's own legal name. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment channel and is displayed at the point of transaction. Cuci88 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party transaction fees levied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Cuci88 account. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing time vary by channel and are displayed within the Platform. Most DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are processed within 3–5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Cuci88 reserves the right to apply additional processing time where security reviews or KYC verification is required.
Players with active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements prior to requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Withdrawal of real-money balance is not subject to wagering restrictions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
All amounts on the Cuci88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. Where specific terms are not stated, the following general terms apply.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. The percentage match, maximum bonus amount, minimum deposit threshold, wagering requirement multiplier, and eligible games are specified within the active promotion page. A 2% bonus, up to MYR 688, is available on every qualifying cryptocurrency deposit (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). This bonus carries no wagering requirement and is credited automatically following confirmation of the transaction on the relevant blockchain network.
All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and event choices before confirming any wager. Cuci88 will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has been made by the Platform.
Sports betting on the Platform — including but not limited to EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, Bundesliga, and UFC markets — is subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. Cuci88 reserves the right to void bets affected by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to match postponements, abandoned events, or the use of corrupted data feeds.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing processes and are recorded on video. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result will stand as recorded by the game server. Where no result was recorded, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.
All slot and random number generator (RNG) games on the Platform use certified systems from licensed international game studios. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game interface. Cuci88 does not manipulate or modify game RNG outcomes.
